VECTOR linear

To move heavier workloads and to cover greater working areas the lifting system VECTOR linear is used. Mounted to a trolley, which moves in a rail-system along the horizontal axis X and Y, VECTOR linear also covers the vertical axis Z. The wide delivery program contains pneumatic and electric handling systems with different load capacities and strokes.

Lifting axis VECTOR linear

To cover greater working areas the lifting system VECTOR linear is used. The hoist VECTOR linear is assembled by telescoping profiles. The vertical movement follows a precise linear guidance system and is driven by a pneumatic cylinder or an electrical chain hoist.

VECTOR linear, pneumatically

The pneumatically driven handling system VECTOR linear has a load capacity from 50 to 250 kg, an eccentric load from 500 to 1000 Nm and a stroke from 0,5 to 2 m. The load is lifted and lowered by using a lever or push-buttons of an Up-Down Control (AS).

VECTOR linear E, electrically

The stronger, electrically driven handling system VECTOR linear E is designed for higher loads. It has a load capacity from 250 to 1500 kg, an eccentric load from 500 to 2500 Nm and a stroke from 0,5 to 2 m. The load is lifted and lowered by using push-buttons of an Up-Down Control (AS).

Traversing system

To cover great working areas stationary handling devices are less suitable. Traversing units for the axes X and Y allow a movement of the workpieces over longer distances. Depending on the specific application rail systems with profiles made of light aluminium or solid steel sheet are used.

A traversing system can make movable almost all handling devices from our product range. The manipulator VECTOR can be moved along a single-axis rail system.

A single-beam crane (axis Y) below a rail track (axis X) is sufficient to move the pneumatic cable balancer VECTOR VS. The vertical lifting system VECTOR linear or the storage unit IHF-Depomat (axis Z) runs on a double-girder crane.

Mainly the rail track is suspended from a steel structure. The construction depends essentially on the structural conditions on site. There is a basic distinction between steel constructions suspended from the hall trusses or mounted on the floor. In rare cases a projecting construction is mounted on hall pillars.
